At Endless, we design pieces you don’t second guess. So before you order, take a moment. Check your size, feel the vibe, make it yours.

Of course, if something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of delivery. Contact us via info@endlessthelabel.com . 

To be eligible for a return:

  • items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

  • all tags must still be attached

  • within 14 days after delivery 

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within a reasonable timeframe.

If your fit isn’t exactly how you like it, send us a message at [your email] with your order number and the size you’d prefer. We’ll guide you through a smooth exchange.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Swimwear & Hygiene Policy

Some pieces are just… more personal.

Our swimwear (including bikini bottoms and, where applicable, bikini tops) is considered a hygiene-sensitive product. For this reason, all items are delivered with a protective hygiene seal.

You can return swimwear within 14 days only if:

  • the hygiene seal is still intact

  • the item is unworn and in original condition

Once the seal has been removed or damaged, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds due to hygiene regulations.
